Why Do You CrossFit?
Why do we CrossFit? Is it just to get a good work out? Is it that we need the motivation of a group setting to get into shape? Or is it because we miss the hard work and camaraderie of a sports team? I'm sure there are lots of different reasons we all have for doing CrossFit, but I think one reason we all share, and that is to be better.
Being better could mean being fitter, being faster, being stronger, losing those last ten pounds and every thing in between. As a Coach, I've been thinking about the wide variety of clients we have and wondering what every one wants to get better at. Because of this, Coach Dave and I have decided to take the full right side of the white board and turn it into a place where every one can write their names and what goals they hope to achieve.
Want to get better at double unders? Want to learn a new gymnastic skills? Want to deadlift twice your body weight? Or do you just want to stay in shape? Next time you come in for a work out, take a marker, write your name on the right side of the white board and let us know. As your Coaches we'd like to help you reach your goal and the only way we can do that is for you to let us know what it is.

A1. Squat Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
* Work up to heavy single. If you have issues with range of motion in the squat position use the power snatch.
A2. On the minute, every minute, for 12 minutes perform 3 Power Snatches. 75-85% of your 1RM.
